Since moving to Miami, I've visited the Dry Tortugas in May 1999, SE Arizona in spring 1999, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia in summer 1999, southeast Arizona and west Texas in spring 2000, London in summer 2000, southeast Arizona (again!) in winter 2000-01 Alaska in summer 2001, the Dry Tortugas in April 2002, the Rockies in summer 2002, the Bahamas in March 2003, Utah in summer 2003, Costa Rica in summer 2004, Venezuela in winter 2004-05, southern Texas in March 2005, North Carolina in May 2005, the Rockies in summer 2005, Manitoba in June 2006, southeast Arizona in July 2006, the Pacific Northwest in July 2007, Ecuador in July 2008, California in September 2009, Australia in October 2009, the Four Corners region in May 2010, the Great Lakes in June 2010, Brazil in July-August 2010, Peru (inc. Machu Picchu) in June-July 2011, the Ecuadorian Andes in July 2011, and the Galápagos in July 2011.
